We are currently seeking an Associate General Counsel in our Legal Department, who will report to our Chief Legal Officer. The individual must possess expertise in SEC reporting and compliance with a strong desire to expand into other areas of legal support such as commercial transactions, litigation management, employment, licensing, and other corporate matters. Provide legal support and advice on all public company filings, including the Company’s annual proxy statement, SEC public reporting requirements, corporate governance, and generally advise on the Company’s compliance with SEC, corporate charter and stock exchange requirements.
