Company is seeking a highly motivated attorney who would enjoy working on a small and lean corporate legal team in a demanding, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate would have 4-6 years experience with a focus on Employment Law. As Counsel you would provide legal support to the General Counsel on employment related issues including advising on employee relations issues and claims, investigating and responding to EEOC charges, FMLA-ADA issues, preparation of and assisting with ER/HR training, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, drafting and updating employee handbooks.
