You will be a key member of our Legal Department as you provide legal advice and services relating to activities conducted by the organization and its affiliates. This position includes managing real estate matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and other contracts, as well as managing the company’s contract review and administration process, leading key initiatives, maintain the company’s global IP portfolio, providing advice and guidance to business units and operations, and some litigation/dispute management.
