The successful candidate will be an experienced patent attorney responsible for managing company’s worldwide patent and trademark operations, standard-related patent activities and patent acquisitions, including due diligence. The position reports to the chief patent counsel and will have overall responsibility for the strategy, effectiveness, process and procedure of all internal and external patent operations, including a European-based patent team. Develop and drive strategy for the company’s global patent and trademark portfolios, including global patent filing strategies.
