Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the contracting group of our Legal team. You will be primarily responsible for driving the contracting process with customers, vendors and other business partners, and key tasks will include structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements, responding to RFPs, building consensus among key company stakeholders and advising our internal clients on contracting matters. As Corporate Counsel, you will report to the Associate General Counsel of Contracting and work closely with other members of the company’s legal, sales, finance and client services teams to provide fast, accurate and creative counsel.
