Company is currently seeking a self-motivated attorney who will provide legal counsel for a wide range of government contract and compliance legal issues, including large and complex U.S. government contract programs; international transactions and contracts involving sales to international government (FMS and direct) and commercial customers; support of the Company’s global supply chain activity; negotiation of joint ventures, teaming agreements, collaborative business arrangements and other strategic alliances; interpretation of FAR/DFAR, TINA, government cost principles, and cost accounting standards; ITAR and import compliance; training; and intellectual property and data rights.
