The position will be responsible for providing leadership, training and counseling for Group’s Consumable Products (orthodontics, endodontics, implants, composites, hygiene, and disinfectants) IP activities. The candidate will work closely with our research and development and business development functions on a broad range of strategic and day-to-day activities. The position will be responsible for aligning IP strategies with business plans and with providing support to technical personnel in the development and execution of our IP strategy, including organizing and supporting Patent Review Boards, the management of outside IP counsel, IP litigation and dispute resolution issues.
