A multiple product global manufacturing corporation, is seeking a highly-qualified Chief Intellectual Property Counsel to successfully execute the company's comprehensive global IP strategy, including intellectual asset management, prosecution of patents and trademarks, IP-related transactions, including licensing, patent clearance, freedom to operate investigations, competitive analysis, and IP litigation. This position will be located in Grass Lake, Michigan and reports to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and manages the existing IP organization, including two IP Portfolio Managers and Patent Coordinators assigned to the business units.
