This position reports to the Corporate Director & Assistant General Counsel – Export/Import. Counsel will provide a broad array of legal advice and service in the areas of U.S. and non-U.S. trade compliance, principally export and import law, regulation and policy. This position will provide legal support to company corporate office functions and one or more of the company’s operating sectors including non-U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates. Responsibilities will include providing advice and counsel to the corporate offices and sectors on export/import regulations, working on a daily basis with various Law Department and corporate and sector business partner function on export/import matters and supervising outside counsel on such matters.
