Directs and oversees all matters relating to patent and intellectual property matters. Provides legal counsel on all intellectual property matters, oversees patent filing and prosecution, performs patent analysis, manages patent dockets, manages various licensing activities, drafts legal documents, drafts or reviews and negotiates IP agreements, manages assertion matters, supports litigation, trains engineers and management regarding patent process and IP laws. Formulate global IP protection strategy, specifically for Asia; identify needs to be addressed, areas for improvement, draft and implement global IP program.
