Assists Chief Legal Officer and other Associate General Counsel in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities. Negotiates and drafts sponsorship and merchandise license agreements for various brand categories, consumer products and services including alcohol, supplements, automobiles, games, apparel, and publishing. Manages brand protection and intellectual property rights enforcement efforts.
