With the supervision of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the Associate provides in-house legal counsel to the Organization on matters assigned by the General Counsel from time to time, including healthcare operational and regulatory matters, corporate, employment and litigation matters, matters relating to patient care delivery, privacy and patient rights, and business contracts, arrangements and transactions. Under general supervision: performs legal analysis and legal research and investigation, gives legal advice, develops documentation, participates in committees as assigned, and may represent the company or its affiliates in various proceedings or negotiations.
