Company is looking for an exceptional, well-rounded Corporate Counsel –Acquisitions to handle a broad range of the company’s complex M&A transactions and corporate matters. The position would report to the Corporate Counsel – Finance and the EVP - Corporate Affairs/Deputy General Counsel. Draft and negotiate legal documents, including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and merger agreements, for complex corporate M&A transactions.
