We are looking for an attorney experienced in supporting business development, strategic alliances, partnerships and other technology transactions. You will focus on negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide variety of agreements, including IP, software, API, data and content license agreements, as well as other media, mobile, ecommerce and commercial agreements (both inbound and outbound). You will work closely with Legal team colleagues, as well as with business leaders throughout the company, advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to business development. You will help us to build scalable tools and processes to support a fast-growing global business.
