Support and collaborate with company’s legal team and senior business leaders, corporate department managers and field operations leaders; providing legal counsel and assistance on a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. Support the company’s merger and acquisition activities, including conducting diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and participating in post closing legal training and integration. Assist the General Counsel in corporate governance matters, including Board and Committee matters, SEC filings and proxy and annual meeting requirements.
