As a member of the global employment law team, the Associate Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal advice and technical expertise on a broad range of complex employment matters across North America, as well as manage the defense of litigation and claims. Proactively identifying and assessing potential legal and/or reputational risk in support of business partners in the United States and Canada, and recommending practical, creative solutions that balance legal risk with business impact. Providing subject matter advice and guidance on key employment law matters, including wage & hour, recruiting, hiring, contingent workers, HR practices, performance management, and organizational restructures.
