The Legal Counsel role is responsible for managing a variety of legal matters of the company. Primary responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and real estate leasing documents, and counseling company employees with respect to such documents. Additional responsibilities will fall within some or all of the following subject areas: litigation management, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, privacy and data security, transactional matters, product safety, intellectual property, e-commerce, corporate governance, consumer protection, securities and finance, crisis management, and enterprise risk management.
