General Counsel serves as legal counsel for board members, medical staff, administration, and hospital departments throughout company. Responsible for legal issues related to compliance for all of company. Oversees and conducts extensive contract review on professional agreements with physicians and physician groups, managed care contracts, affiliation and clinical education agreements between universities and medical facilities, computer software and hardware contracts, hospice contracts, medical director arrangements, leases, clinical trial agreements, real estate and other contracts.
