This position will report to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities, and will be based in the Company’s U.S. headquarters in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be well versed in U.S. federal securities laws, stock exchange rules and corporate governance and compliance and will be experienced, highly organized and motivated, able to work well both as part of a team and independently. Will provide legal support to Finance, Compensation, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations functions.
