We are looking for a self-starting, Associate Counsel, like you, to serve as the primary legal liaison with state regulators, draft responses to regulators, assist business units with coordination and facilitation of replies to document requests and criticisms, and negotiate the resolution of examination reports, including fines and/or penalties. Here you’ll be providing advice to Insurance Lines’ management and staff concerning coverage issues on all ISO lines of insurance with respect to drafting of policy forms and forms related rules and the ISO materials explaining them. This is a highly visible role in which you will be partnering with Senior Business leaders, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Operations, and individual business units to respond to regulatory matters.
