Objective is to advise the fixed income finance business on legal and regulatory issues associated with proposed financing structures. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating repo and securities lending agreements and ancillary documents; structuring non-standard financing transactions; advising on legal and regulatory developments; assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures; and participating in funding-related industry committtees.
