Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters. Mergers and Acquisitions - participate in and structure Company commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisition structuring. Serve in a key role in acquisition due diligence efforts.
