The Attorney will assist the VP & Associate General Counsel (Commercial Legal Team Leader) and the Chief Legal Officer in providing advice and counsel on any legal matter or problems involving the company; advising and rendering opinions to the Senior Management with respect to the legal implications of establishing or changing company policy; working with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to confirm with legal requirements. Provide day-to-day legal counseling for one or more multimillion dollar business unit(s), which includes drafting, reviewing and revising a variety of instruments involving such business unit(s).
