This position is responsible for addressing general legal and compliance issues relating to commercial operations, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the promotional review of marketing pieces, the negotiation of legal agreements relating to the company’s operations, developing legal and compliance policies and procedures. The incumbent will work closely with senior leaders throughout the organization and partner closely with the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel to ensure the effective use of the Legal team resources.
