Seeking senior litigation attorney with expertise in managing complex litigations and other adversarial proceedings, including IP/patent, contract, liability, investigations and other matters. Responsibilities include managing an active litigation caseload, likely to include trials, appeals, patent-office and other administrative proceedings and arbitrations, throughout the world; advising on complex substantive and procedural legal issues arising in the course of such matters; managing outside counsel on complex or more advanced matters or projects; coordinating and counseling on multijurisdictional litigations and other proceedings; strategizing to avoid or resolve regional, national and international disputes; coordinating with counterparts in other jurisdictions; partnering with representatives of other departments on litigations; and contributing to cross-functional or departmental projects and teams.
