Company with business in North America is seeking an attorney who will be responsible for providing legal counsel for the leasing, store planning, and other operational demands of its subsidiaries including lease, license, concession and construction agreement preparation and negotiation, estoppels, SNDA’s, amendments, vendor agreements, research and advice on operational compliance issues and projects, litigation support, consumer issues and otherwise assist the General Counsel in responding to the demands of the business. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter attorney who enjoys working cooperatively on a small legal team. He or she will also be extremely well organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines and work in a demanding, fast paced environment and able to solve, in a practical fashion, legal or business problems quickly and effectively.
