In the alternative, candidate should have a long-standing senior level career working within the business affairs or legal structure of the entertainment, media, publishing, advertising/marketing or design industries where intellectual properties in the form of patents, copyrights, trademarks, brand equity, and royalty/licensing revenues have been evaluated as part of the business process.
