Company's Office of General Counsel is seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in commercial transactions for the company's Intelligence, Information, and Services division (IIS). Reporting to the IIS Vice President and General Counsel, this position is responsible for providing legal advice on commercial transactions throughout IIS, including international deals and structures. The selected candidate will possess significant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating terms and conditions for a wide range of domestic (US) and international commercial agreements with customers and suppliers, including purchase, sale, licensing, reseller, non-disclosure, and agency agreements.
