The VP Assistant General Counsel will partner with General Counsel on claims and litigation management, insurance brokerage errors and omissions and professional services claims. S/he will take a lead position with respect to the development, refinement, and on-going management of the department’s claims and litigation performance metrics ("dashboards"). This includes supervising corporate paralegal as appropriate and working with analysts, finance, and field ops to pull business details relevant to the legal dashboards (i.e., producer’s books of business, loss business, business at risk, etc.) Facilitate the information systems and organizing the management of general commercial litigation in a more effective manner.
