Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides legal counsel on issues such as: letters, contracts, leases, protecting intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial offerings, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning. Ensures legal compliance, business unit policy, safety and quality program requirements. Provides legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.
