Company is seeking to hire a Senior Counsel who will report to the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and who will work with the business in its Van Nuys, Calif., office. The preferred candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least five years of law firm and/or in-house experience. Negotiate, draft and interpret all contracts, including marketing and distribution agreements, sales representative agreements, athlete endorsement agreements, non-disclosure agreements, licenses, joint development agreements, services agreements, sponsorship agreements, manufacturing and sourcing agreements.
