Responsible for providing legal assistance and services to company and its subsidiaries, including representing company in general legal and business activities, and preparing corporate documents as requested by the Senior Manager/Assistant General Counsel or the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Must be admitted to practice law in Colorado within one year from date of employment (this requirement is for the entry level position).
