The VP Counsel (Litigation) is responsible for: managing a wide variety of litigation matter (including pre-lawsuit claims), primarily in areas of commercial disputes and employment law. Providing advice and support to business unit attorneys on client and vendor related disputes. Providing advice and support to human resource business partners on employment issues and disputes; assisting on compliance-related initiatives; and conducting internal investigations.
