The candidate filling this position will be joining a collaborative, business-savvy and innovative legal team, which was recently shortlisted as a finalist for The ILO Global Counsel Awards 2014 in the general commercial category. The candidate will be expected to work closely with other team members, clients and stakeholders to provide proactive, solution-based resolutions to client and corporate problems, while effectively managing legal risk. This position is accountable for general corporate counseling, contract review and litigation management for select sales, service and corporate divisions of the company throughout the Americas (outside of the U.S.A.).
