The Senior Patent Counsel will provide full range of patent support including patent preparation and prosecution, new product freedom-to-operate studies and rendering opinions, managing outside counsel, licensing agreements, due diligence support for business development, confidentiality agreements, development agreements and client counseling. He/she will maintain superior knowledge of competitive technologies and regularly make presentations to employees regarding I.P. issues. He/she will also perform other duties as assigned. The technology areas that he/she will support include polymer compositions and medical devices made therefrom.
