Senior Litigation Counsel is responsible for managing outside counsel and, on occasion, handling the defense of litigated matters on behalf of company. Additionally, Litigation Counsel is assigned to complex tasks and projects within the department, and has significant case or subject matter responsibility. This position is responsible for handling single and multiple plaintiff employment litigation complaints, attorney demands and administrative with limited direct supervision.
