We are seeking a qualified Staff Attorney preferably with in-house experience who will report to the company’s General Counsel and provide business oriented legal analysis and advice to internal client groups on foreign business expansion, review, negotiate and draft international contracts and documents, and oversee international litigation, intellectual property issues and regulatory compliance issues. Provide analysis and counsel relating to international regulatory compliance (particularly foreign enforcement framework and regulatory agencies in Europe, Canada, South America and Asia Pac). Spearhead creation of policies and procedures for international business including facilities, regulatory compliance, and personnel.
