The Counsel II position is responsible for providing broad range of legal support for regulatory, compliance, consumer deposit and lending, and retail banking matters, and assists the Retail Bank, Wealth and Institutional Management (Private Banking), Treasury Management, and Regulatory Affairs legal team in bank regulatory, marketing, compliance, product development, and other legal matters. Successful incumbents possess business acumen, are self-motivated, exhibit integrity and trust, are team players, have strong planning, organizational, project management and presentation skills, pursue learning and personal growth, are customer focused, flexible and adaptable to change, possess strong interpersonal skills, and work well with all levels.
