The candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and will be responsible for providing both strategic and transactional legal support for the Special Credits area, which supports problem credits. Advise the Special Credits management team on strategic initiatives and provide counsel on all legal related issues as the trusted advisor and partner to the management team. Provide legal advice and guidance on transactions covered by the CB Special Credits Team, primarily, workout and bankruptcy.
