This position serves as counsel for various divisions of the corporation. The major responsibilities are to assist the legal team in meeting the demands of the aggressive growth the corporation is experiencing by reviewing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts, participating in acquisitions and divestitures, performing legal research on a variety of issues, evaluating and making recommendations regarding the legal implications of various operational actions, and working corporate growth into new and expanding markets in the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
