The General Counsel is a critical member of the management team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Administration. The General Counsel provides legal advice and representation on complex legal matters in support of company. Duties include, but are not limited to providing legal advice and recommendations on a broad array of complex matters such as contracts, corporate compliance, corporate governance, product distribution, business acquisitions, litigation matters, legal audits and investigations, acts as a secretary for Board of Director minute preparations, supervises internal staff and oversees outside counsel, delivers presentations to internal and external audiences and serves as company’s representative in relevant organizations.
