We have an immediate opening for an outstanding transactional attorney to join our growing legal team in downtown Seattle. The attorney will negotiate contracts, and provide general commercial advice and regulatory compliance support to internal client organization, with a focus in the areas of privacy, branding, marketing and advertising. Structure, draft and negotiate a variety of complex contracts and transactions relating to the company’s business and SaaS offerings, such as vendor services, sponsorship, and licensing agreements in the US and globally.
