Develop and oversee a Corporate Compliance Program to, review, evaluate, communicate and manage external compliance issues and policies. Ensure that Board of Trustees, officers, employees, and contractors are aware of and are in compliance with the rules and regulations of relevant regulatory agencies and government bodies. Maintain awareness of any changes to applicable rules, regulations, and policies, communicate those changes effectively, and update training and other compliance materials accordingly.
