Company is searching for an Associate General Counsel / Legal Leader to serve as the senior legal adviser and leader covering the Company’s business operations in Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Australia and New Zealand (the region is collectively referred to as “LAC/APAC”). Counsels a variety of in-house clients at all levels regarding the legal/business implications of the applicable legal and/or business challenges within the LAC/APAC region. Manages particular legal projects, business transactions, litigation and/or corporate compliance matters.
