In conjunction with business managers, assist in the development and implementation of business-centered contracting and dispute resolution strategies that drive increased order volume for the Division while simultaneously protecting against significant risks. Act with a high degree of initiative and independence to identify issues and formulate/recommend appropriate course of actions. Coordinate with legal colleagues in other Divisions.
