The Associate General Counsel is a global position that reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and will be based at the company's headquarters in Bethesda, MD. This position will handle a wide variety of legal matters and will provide sound legal advice that address business concerns while finding creative and/or pragmatic solutions to problems that arise. This position will balance legal risks against business interests and must be able to interact with employees at all levels with appropriate supervision.
