This counsel position reports to the General Counsel and supports company’s international and domestic aircraft and equipment finance portfolio in litigation and asset management. Exceptional knowledge of aviation finance practices and demonstrated risk-management skills are essential. Must clearly understand internal clients’ needs and objectives in order to determine the appropriate level of autonomous decision making to be employed and to consistently be able to independently and expeditiously make timely and well-informed decisions.
