Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, the Legal Counsel – Commercial will assist the CLO in the creation of a of new legal department. Providing legal support and day-to-day business advices to the various groups of the Company, especially from a commercial point of view, and ensuring that transactions are compliant with the Company’s rules, policies and business objectives and in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations. Drafting, analyzing, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on intellectual property issues related to patents, trade secrets and trademarks.
