Corporate Staff Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and will be primarily responsible for providing timely and effective advice for the following practice areas both domestically and internationally: (i) the negotiation and management of commercial client and vendor contracts, (ii) employment and HR matters, (iii) privacy and data protection matters, (iv) management and supervision of litigation, (v) assist and manage ethics investigations, (vi) provide general legal advice, and (vii) Legal review of real estate leases. The candidate must have the following attributes: Willingness to roll up their sleeves and do substantive legal work as opposed to simply managing outside counsel as well as have experience in a fast paced business environment. Be flexible, willing to adapt to ever changing business needs, with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organization skills.
