Work directly with business unit executives to negotiate, prepare, and review, contracts involving the sale and purchase of software licenses and ASP services, nondisclosure agreements and other agreements routinely used in an information technology business, among others. Provide consultation and legal advice with respect to strategic initiatives, technology projects, customer and vendor contracts, intellectual property, dispute resolution, regulatory matters, corporate policies and procedures and administration. Review enterprise risk issues; identify and participate in risk mitigation processes.
